Once you have placed your order with our Tony Bianco online store you will receive an email confirmation with a copy of your order invoice. If any details are incorrect please notify our customer service team immediately.
The dispatch time of your order will depend on the postal service you requested.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment email stating your address, what you have ordered, your tracking number and the link for you to track your order.
All your orders made with the online store are listed in your Tony's World account under MY ORDERS. The order status will automatically change to COMPLETE once your order has been dispatched. However, this does not reflect the delivery status.
