Can I change my address with Australia Post when it is in transit?

If you realise your address is wrong after your parcel has been sent from our warehouse, you can head over to 

https://auspost.com.au/mypost

to sign up for an account to change your address. We advise that you do this as soon as possible to ensure it gets changed in time.Please do note that not all changes can be made as it depends what transit status your parcel is at. 

Alternatively you can contact Australia Post at 13 76 78 and provide your tracking number.
