Once your order has been received at our head office your return request will be processed within 1 – 2 working days. Sending your parcel back to our head office through Parcel Point can sometimes take up to 10 days. Please note that once we have received your return, we will notify you.
You will receive email confirmation from us either stating that your exchange has been dispatched or your refund/online credit has been processed.
For exchanges, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery unless otherwise specified. (If you require express post, please email or call our customer service team prior to returning your order).
For refunds please allow up to 4 working days for your refund to be processed if you paid via credit card. For PayPal payments, please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed. If you have requested an online credit, this will be processed instantly. You will also receive an online credit notification via email.
Online credit will expire within 6 months and can be used at all Tony Bianco retail stores, Myer concession stores and online.
