Return's are done through Parcel Point
Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the original condition as when it was received, this includes the shoe box. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns/exchanges. Tony Bianco recommends sending return parcels via Parcel Point. Click here to visit Parcel Point website. As we are not liable if your return is not received at our address, if your parcel goes missing you will be required to provide two pieces of documentation; a proof of booking through Parcel Point and proof of payment. All shoes must be sent back in it's original box and the box should not be exposed. If you do not have your original shoe box, please include it in a box so that the contents will not be damaged during transit. Any shoes sent back without a box will not be accepted for a return, and will be sent back to the sender. This rule applies to all other items that are going to be sent back for a return.
