Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the original condition as when it was received, this includes the shoe box. As we are not liable if your return is not received at our address, if your parcel goes missing you will be required to provide two pieces of documentation; a proof of booking through Parcel Point and proof of payment. All shoes must be sent back in it's original box and the box should not be exposed. If you do not have your original shoe box, please include it in a box so that the contents will not be damaged during transit. Any shoes sent back without a box will not be accepted for a return, and will be sent back to the sender. This rule applies to all other items that are going to be sent back for a return.
Please note that if you choose to checkout as a guest, we will not have any of your personal information saved in our database. If you wish to return an item, you need to ensure that you include your order number, contact details and you fill out the return form on the back of your invoice. This will ensure that the return is hassle free and faster, for your convenience.
If you have used a reward on your order and you wish to return the item, this reward will be forfeited and will not be reinstated.
For exchange of size, colour or style, please note your request on your invoice (enclosed with your purchase) and please create your online return at Parcel Point.
Once your return is received your exchange will be dispatched and email confirmation will be sent.
If the item you wish to exchange for is a higher price, you will be contacted to provide additional payment through credit card.

If you have paid for your online purchase using Afterpay, should your order be eligible for a return your initial payment will be refunded and the remainder (3 payments) will be cancelled at no charge.
If you wish to return a sale item you will be issued a credit to your Tony's World account to be used in-store and online for 6 months.The remainder AfterPay payments will still need to be paid in order to pay for that credit.
