How do I return a faulty item?

If you do believe your product is faulty and you made your original purchase in store, you may return it to the store for the item to be assessed, provided you have proof of purchase. We will refund on manufacturing faults in accordance with the relevant legislation. However, we reserve the right to repair or replace where applicable and goods may require further assessment.

If you believe your online purchase is faulty, please email customer service at with a full description of the fault, your order # and photos for our product development team to assess.
